Your Appointment

To make an appointment, you will need a referral from your GP or medical specialist.

All appointments can be made by phone or contact form listed on the Contact page. Once an appointment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you, providing you with appointment details. You will also receive a text reminder the day before your appointment.  If you are unable to attend an appointment, please call us as soon as you can to let us know.


Things to bring:

  • Referral letter from the GP or specialist doctor

  • Films/scans of x-rays, mammograms, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, along with any reports accompanying them

  • Blood test results (if any)

  • List of medication currently being taken (if any)

  • Medicare card/details and healthfund card/details

For your first appointment, we kindly request for you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill in patient information forms.
